At Pronto Campi we want to let everyone do as much as possible but there are a few points that are important to know before you book:
Kinderen welkom vanaf 12 jaar
In het hoogseizoen (juli en augustus) geldt een minimum leeftijd van 12 jaar voor het jongste kind in het gezin.
Preferred places can be changed by Pronto Campi
When making a reservation you can indicate your preference for a pitch. We try to take these preferences into account as much as possible, but it can happen that we assign you another, equal spot if this fits better in the planning or if we can give other guests a spot on our campsite. In case of a change in your chosen pitch, you will always be informed by email. If you do not agree with the change you may cancel your booking at any time without charge.
Motorhomes
Kleine campers en busjes tot drie meter hoog zijn bij Pronto Campi tot ongeveer 1 juli en daarna weer vanaf de laatste week augustus van harte welkom. Tijdens de Nederlandse schoolvakanties zijn campers niet toegestaan. Campers kunnen alleen op het boventerrein staan op plek 1 tot en met 6. Reserveringen die toch op andere plekken worden gemaakt worden niet gehonoreerd.
Sound carriers and silence at the campsite
The use of radios and other sound carriers (phones, ipads etc.) is only permitted with headphones to prevent disturbance to other guests. This applies both to public areas such as the bar, bathing lofts and swimming pool, as well as to the pitches themselves.
Guests, as well as ourselves, value the peace and quiet of the campsite. In the bar, the last round is served at 10 pm and the bar and terrace close at 10.30 pm. From 23.00 it must be quiet on the campsite.
Barbecues and open fire
The use of gas barbecues is allowed, all other types of barbecues are not allowed due to the risk of fire in the dry summer months! The use of other (cooking) devices on coal, wood and other materials whereby sparks, ashes and other burning materials may end up in the air is also strictly forbidden.
Violation of this rule may lead to immediate expulsion from the campsite.
Air conditioning
Airconditioning in campers, caravans en het appartement mag alleen gebruikt worden van 21.00 tot 22.00 om overlast te voorkomen voor andere gasten en het klimaat niet onnodig te belasten. Voor het gebruik van de airconditioning buiten deze uren wordt 25 euro per dag in rekening gebracht.
Dogs allowed on request
We zijn dol op honden bij Pronto Campi en honden buiten categorie 1 en 2 (aanvals- dan wel verdedigingshonden) zijn in overleg meer dan welkom. Houd er rekening mee dat het ’s zomers (heel) warm kan zijn in onze streek en dat er beperkt schaduw is op de plekken. De eigenaar van de hond is zelf verantwoordelijk voor het gedrag van de hond en eventuele schade die de hond aanricht. Honden dienen aan de lijn te worden gehouden op de camping en op de plek.
Koelkast
Bij iedere plek is een koelkast van 70 liter inbegrepen in de prijs. Deze dient bij vertrek schoon en leeg achtergelaten te worden. Het gebruik van een eigen koelbox is niet toegestaan.
Bookings possible only via the website
We beantwoorden je vragen zo snel als het seizoen ons toelaat via allerlei kanalen zoals e-mail, Whatsapp en telefoon. Reserveren kan echter alleen via de website zodat je zelf kunt bekijken wanneer er plek is en er zeker van zijn dat de reservering en je gegevens goed in ons systeem terecht komen.
A reservation is only final after you have received a confirmation from us via e-mail. It can happen that our confirmation ends up in the advertising/spam folder, so please check there as well if you don't see the message immediately!
The reservation system is always up to date, so if the dates you want are not available on the site, you can safely assume that there is no room at that time.
Terms of payment and cancellation
The deposit amount is 50% of the booking amount. The deposit has to be paid at the latest two weeks (14 days) after booking via the link in the confirmation. The balance of the payment must be received by Agriturismo Pronto Campi no later than six weeks (42 days) before your arrival at the campsite.
When booking within eight weeks of arrival, the entire booking amount must be paid immediately.
Bij niet-tijdige betaling heeft Agriturismo Pronto Campi het recht de boeking te annuleren. Reeds betaalde gelden worden dan niet gerestitueerd en de vordering blijft onverhoopt bestaan.
Bij annulering is restitutie helaas niet mogelijk.
Wij raden aan zelf een annuleringsverzekering af te sluiten.
We hebben geen aangepaste voorwaarden rondom Covid19.
